Variety from the Vaults is a free public program at the Idaho State Archives. We all know the importance of biographies and history books; yet fiction can often be overlooked. Stories can often be influenced by the place in which they are written, or offer insight into the people who wrote them. This International Short Story Month the Archive invites you to come take a look at short stories with Idaho ties and challenge yourself to find the history in them that you otherwise might have missed.
