Pro Benefits

ICRIS has built in functionality to streamline the Section 106 process and improve efficiency inside SHPO and for external users, including:

Real-time access to SHPO data: No more record searches. All subscribers can use the ICRIS GIS to identify a project area, and immediately view the resources and projects within an APE. Great for project planning and preparing bids.

Printing and Exporting Data: Guests and Basic account users can print on-screen search results from a table or map. Pro account users can export/download search results tables and shapefiles for mapped resource and survey data.

Electronic Project Submission: All logged-in users can create a project, upload reports, and electronically submit projects with the click of a mouse.

ICRIS Field App: Available to Pro account users, the field app allows users to capture data on buildings, archaeological sites, and districts, in the field using mobile devices. Once back in the office, users can upload data directly into the ICRIS where they can review, manage, and edit the captured survey information.

Map Layers: All users can view historic resource map layers, and municipal and political boundaries layers. Pro account users have access to all ICRIS layers, which include:
• National Hydrography Database
• Idaho Geological Survey – Geology
• Idaho Geological Survey – Mining
• National Forest Boundaries
• BLM districts
• State Parks
• Idaho Transportation Dept. Districts
• Land Management

Work Flow: Basic account users will track submissions and projects via a link in system-generated email responses. Pro account users will have access to organization and individual work queues to manage projects and track project review progress.
