State Records Center
Pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-4126(7), the State Records Center is responsible for providing records management services to State agencies. These services include providing low-cost, secure storage of records, maintaining an accurate inventory of records being stored, and providing State agencies with easy access to their records. Records stored at the State Records Center are still in the custody of the originating agency and may be recalled by that agency at any time.

State Records Manual and Record Center Forms
The State Records Manual Idaho Code 67-4126 was created to promote coordination and collaboration in records management across state agencies to establish standards and policies. State of Idaho Records Manual
Request for Records Disposal – used for state agencies to destroy records.
