Idaho Genealogical Society: Getting Started in German Genealogy

The Idaho Genealogical Society’s August presentation will provide a practical starting point for researching German ancestors and will include an overview of key German genealogy sources and actionable research tips.

Our speaker, Till Fehmer, is a professional genealogist from Germany and the co-founder of Fehmer Genealogy UG, a father-and-son business specializing in genealogical research for U.S. citizens with German ancestry. The two have over 30 years of combined experience in the field.
