Homeschool Day: Journaling with Quills & the Corps of Discovery

How did Lewis and Clark write down their notes? An iPad? A ballpoint pen? What about powdered ink and a quill? Drop in between 10am and 3pm to practice your skills with ink and a quill and learn more about the Corps of Discovery military expedition and the objects they brought along. Follow along with calligraphy and cursive worksheets to create your own journal entry.

 

Admission for Homeschool Day is $3 per student (Youth 2 and up) and adults/teachers are free in a 1:1 ratio, any additional adults must pay regular admission. Participation in drop-in activity is free. Preregistration is required; Walkups will not be accommodated. Payment is due at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.
