On Grizzly Ground: Film Screening and Book Signing

Join Idaho Public Television and the Idaho State Museum for a special screening of Kris Millgate’s newest documentary On Grizzly Ground. Millgate captures stunning footage of the wild west and showcases perspectives from tribes, tourists, scientists, and activists considering the future of federally protected bears.

After the film screening Millgate will be signing her companion book to the new film My Place Among Beasts detailing the backstory of what she endured during the grizzly expedition. Additional books by Millgate will also be available My Place Among Men and My Place Among Fish.

Tickets are $5 for non-members, free for ISHS Members.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. preview Grizzly photo exhibit, presentation starts at 7 p.m.
