Sleepless in Stripes V

Have you ever wanted to experience a night’s stay at the Old Idaho Penitentiary? Now is your chance to feel the conditions of the Idaho State Penitentiary, plus a behind the scenes tour of the site, “chowtime” (dinner and breakfast are included), a souvenir shirt and mugshot photo, and an overnight stay in our historic cell houses.

Registration for Idaho State Historical Society Members begins Tuesday, August 29 at 10:00 am. Interested in becoming a member? Visit history.idaho.gov/membership for more info! Public registration begins Monday, September 4 at 10:00 am.

Cost is $100 per person (includes meals and souvenir shirt). This event is limited to only 30 people. Attendees must be 18 or older to participate. Registration forms will be sent to participants in September prior to attending the event.

Note: Old Idaho Penitentiary event tickets are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
