Summer Scavenger Hunt

Comb through decades of Idaho history as our annual Summer Scavenger Hunt tests your knowledge of the Idaho State Penitentiary’s 101 years of cons, cats and contraband. Assemble your team and explore our site to locate clues, uncover secret inmate activities, and plan a successful escape from the penitentiary. Finish the scavenger hunt and be entered to win a private tour and a prize pack from the Souvenir Confinement store! Additional prizes will be drawn for from the Old Idaho Penitentiary and Flying M Coffee.

No-host bar, food and snacks will be on hand for purchase. This is an all ages event. Saturday, July 13, 7:00 – 11:00 pm (last admission 10:00 pm).

Admission is $12 per person ($8 for youth 6-12. 5 and under receive free admission). Free for Idaho State Historical Society Members! Become a Member today at http://history.idaho.gov/membership/.
