Although you may not think of Idaho as a bustling music hub, many incredible musicians have come from and been inspired by the land of Idaho. Past meets present this month as panelists discuss the history and influence of Idaho music and the talent of today’s artists. Following the panel discussion, audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions to the panelists.

Meet this month’s panelists:

Dusty Leigh
Country music singer and songwriter, Idaho native now living in Tennessee and signed to EMG Records with legendary Producer, Chas Childers.

Steve Fulton
Singer, songwriter, and guitarist for Steve Fulton Music, nominated Best Musician in Boise twice in 3 years.

Dr. Barry Bilderback
Associate Professor and Co-Director of the Africana Studies Program at the University of Idaho, teaches courses such as Music is Western Civilizations, Studies in 20th Century Music, and Studies in American Music.
