Museum Exhibits

The Idaho State Museum tells the story of Idaho through its three main geographic regions: the lakes and forests of the north, the mountains and rivers in central Idaho, and the deserts and canyons of the south. Furthermore, the museum explores the idea of the people and land shaping each other over time, while chronicling the origin stories of Idaho’s five federally recognized tribes.
