Description

Get your bike ready, if you haven’t already!! You’ll be able Ride the Route of the Hiawatha, the most scenic rail-to-trail bicycle adventure and guided history tour lead by USFS Archaeologist, Bruce Gibson. Ticket price includes Trail Fee and Shuttle fee, $20. This is a unique opportunity to have a guided tour of the trail. Don't miss out on this chance. The Route of the Hiawatha mountain bike or hike trail is 15 miles long with 10 train tunnels and 7 sky high trestles. The 1.66 mile long St. Paul Pass Tunnel, also know as the Taft Tunnel, is a highlight of the trail that follows the crest of the Bitterroot Mountains near Lookout Pass Ski Area. The best part is.... it's all downhill with shuttle buses available to transport you and your bike back to the top.
