Cell Block Stroll
6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
We are keeping the site open late this year for Halloween on October 30 and 31 for unsettling strolls through the yard and cell houses. Encounter startles and scares as you take in our exhibits and explore 101 years of Idaho prison history.
While we are disappointed that Frightened Felons, our annual Halloween spectacle, is not taking place this year, we are excited to offer visitors a different Halloween experience on a smaller scale that will allow guests to soak in the naturally spooky atmopshere of the Old Idaho Penitentiary.
Food truck and onsite concessions available. 18+ only (Photo ID required at the door). Last admission 9:00pm. This event is limited to only 50 admissions per hour to ensure the safety and best experience for all visitors.
Part of the Old Idaho Penitentiary’s Locktober 2020 celebration, all October!
